Thoughts: if darkness is the complete absence of light, is evil the compete absence of
God? i think so. like seriously i keep getting this vision of a ball of light in the middle of a dark room, but that just doesn't happen. light actually penetrates darkness unless something obstructs it, and thats a shadow, which is the absence of light. so this is what it means to be a beacon of light: to penetrate darkness. this is what i'm called to be as a disciple of christ, i'm supposed to be a light in dark places. cool thing is, i was told what my name was sometime this week. Brandon: A Beacon of Light in Dark Places. Prophetic? i think so.
